G4S, an Allied Universal® Company and a global leader in integrated security solutions is seeking a highly motivated and extroverted Business Development Associate to join our growing Electronic Security Systems team. 

The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record in B2B sales, and a passion for driving market expansion. Your primary mission will be to drive sales of our technology solutions - including CCTV, Intrusion Alarms, Access Control, Fire and remote monitoring services - to medium and large businesses.  

Key Responsibilities

  • New business generation: Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities within target markets and key industry verticals

  • Client engagement: Initiate contact and build strong, trusting relationships with potential clients to understand their security needs and position G4S as the preferred solution provider

  • Customer solution delivery: Lead the creation of compelling proposals and deliver persuasive presentations to customers and key stakeholders. You will be supported by our internal Pre-Sales design team for technical specifications. 

  • Sales pipeline management: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through to opportunity handoff to the Technical Installations team

  • Market research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and new opportunities for business growth

  • Sales strategy: Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute targeted outreach strategies and campaigns

Job requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client base expansion, preferably within the security systems industry or technology sector

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and develop new clientele

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or related field

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Proven ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships

  • Highly organized, self-starter, and results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English language
