You will support the full-cycle recruitment of high-volume operational staff to meet our security service demands. Acting as the link between candidates and Operations, you will manage sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and administrative compliance, ensuring data accuracy and a seamless hiring and exit experience.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Place job ads on career site & job boards, evaluate applications, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews to create a continuous candidate pipeline for the operational department.

  • Prepare, organize, and review all necessary hiring documents, employment contracts, and personnel folders for new hires prior to their onboarding.

  • Handle all mandatory digital submissions to the ERGANI information system in full compliance with Greek labor law.

  • Ensure data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and HRMS / ERP systems is kept up to date, accurate, and organized at all times.

  • Coordinate and execute the frontline employee exit/separation process (handling resignations or terminations, updating ERP systems, and managing the return of company equipment).

  • Support induction process to new employees to ensure a smooth transition.

  • Participate in job fairs and external events to promote G4S and identify potential applicants.

  • Act as a reliable point of contact for both hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Candidate Profile

  • At least 1–2 years of experience as a Recruiter (in-house or staffing agency), with exposure to high-volume or frontline recruitment being a strong plus.

  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field would be an asset

  • Experience using ERGANI and a variety of sourcing tools, including CV databases, ATS, and ERP software would be a plus.

  • Good candidate pipeline management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

  • Strong decision-making skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence.

  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced and constantly evolving work environment.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, resilient, and confident when communicating with diverse candidate and client groups.

  • Fluency in Greek and knowledge of the English language
