The Project Coordinator at G4S Telematix is a highly hands-on role, part of the company’s PMO, responsible for overseeing large-scale national and international telematics projects from inception to execution. Our projects are deployed for our customers in Greece, Europe and Africa. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless project execution and will also secure project outcomes alignment with customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Execution:

  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of large-scale telematics projects

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders

  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans

  • Ensure technical setup and deployment of telematics hardware and software solutions

  • Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively addressing issues that may arise

Technology Implementation & Quality Assurance:

  • Work hands-on with telematics software and hardware during project execution

  • Coordinate with the Technology team to ensure correct system integration, testing, and troubleshooting

  • Conduct quality assurance checks to guarantee system reliability and customer satisfaction during project implementation

  • Provide technical support during implementation to resolve operational challenges

Stakeholder & Customer Management:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring their requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle

  • Communicate project progress and expectations to all relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency

  • Ensure that project implementation aligns with customer expectations and business objectives

Job requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in project implementation, preferably within telematics, IoT, fleet management, or security technology industries

  • Project Management: Proven experience in project planning and execution. PMP certification is a plus

  • Hands-On Approach: This is not a high-level coordination role; the candidate must be actively involved in implementation tasks

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior management and customers

  • Autonomy & Proactivity: Self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of independently managing multiple projects and deadlines

  • Languages: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
