Job Title: Key Account Manager

Department: Secure Supply Chain Business Unit

Reporting to: Head of Security Risk Management

The potential candidate will be responsible to support the account management of key clients and specific projects in the supply chain sector. Additionally the candidate will be required to find possible customers through networking and industry research to increase sales, recommend and define products for customers based on their individual needs, describe products and explain their benefits and uses to potential customers. This will require establishing and nurture relationships with existing customers and potential customers and use data to help customers understand how products can help them achieve their goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Up-sell & cross-sell our solutions to key customers and develop new business opportunities.

  • Analyze and clarify strategic and operational goals with customers during the solution design to identify how G4S Telematix can add value to their supply chain operations.

  • Co-ordinate the onboarding and integration of our solutions into customer's supply chain processes.

  • Serve as the primary contact for key customers, ensuring their satisfaction and promptly addressing any concerns. Act on the customer’s behalf to assure the customer has the best possible experience when interacting with G4S.

  • Provide customers with data-driven reports to demonstrate the effectiveness and impact of our solutions.

  • Work in tandem with customers to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and further enhancements.

  • Identify market and competitor activity, product and industry developments and use this information to promote/ execute sales.

  • Assist the entire sales cycle from qualified lead to securing a deal.

  • Assist the pipeline opportunities, forecasting and deal closing.

  • Meet Annual Sales Targets and assigned activities (KPI).


  • Actively contribute towards the optimization of the interaction between sales, operations and product team.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring our services remain at the forefront of the secure supply chain industry.



Job requirements

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.

  • At least 3 years of successful history in similar positions (in a B2B environment working in the security sector or supply chain).

  • Knowledge and experience in the Supply Chain industry, including familiarity with domains like fleet management, connected vehicles, and telematics is a strong plus.

  • Ability to travel to customer sites abroad. 20% traveling time.

  • Excellent analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Full proficiency in English. Other EU languages are an advantage.
