We are currently seeking an
Operations Planner to join our Operations Department and contribute to the planning and coordination of technical projects and customer support activities.

Job Title: Operations Planner

Department: Operations

Reporting to:  Head of Operations

The potential candidate will be responsible for planning the work of the Τechnical Department and the implementation of the projects and the enterprise-level assistance to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the progress of contract implementation, coordinating with customers and internal teams.

  • Schedule and plan all Technical Department activities and visits in alignment with operational KPIs.

  • Manage external partners for the execution of technical services on behalf of customers.

  • Handle customer requests and complaints, ensuring technical visits are scheduled efficiently.

  • Monitor and manage invoicing for technical services in the ERP system, including oversight of external partner invoices.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Identify innovative solutions to enhance service delivery, optimize performance, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in the Technological sector

  • At least 3 years of experience in the field of project implementation or customer support

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc)

  • Knowledge of ERP, CRM and Project Management platforms will be a strong advantage

  • Strong communication skills in Greek & English both verbal and written

  • Comfortable using technology and learning new tools/software quickly.

  • Strong teamwork and customer service skills.

  • A valid driver’s license is preferred.
